Terms of Service

By accessing or using Court Buddy at courtbud.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Court Buddy is a lineup exchange platform for tennis team captains and players. The Service allows captains to manage teams, submit lineups, exchange lineups with opposing captains, coordinate match schedules, and communicate with team members.

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may only create one account per person.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of tennis team management and lineup exchange. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Submit false or misleading lineup information

Content you submit to the Service (team names, player names, lineups, match data) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Court Buddy a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Court Buddy name, logo, and software are the property of Court Buddy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Court Buddy is not responsible for:

• Match outcomes or scheduling disputes between teams
• Accuracy of lineup data entered by users
• Any losses resulting from service interruptions or data loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
